Meet Randy Graham – A Veteran, A Leader, A Neighbor!
Hello everyone, my name is Randy Graham. I’m thrilled to announce my candidacy for Hot Springs City Council – Ward 1! As a long-time resident of Hot Springs since 1999, I have deep roots in this community and a strong desire to see it thrive.
I am a United States Army veteran and have always been committed to service—both to my country and my community. That dedication led me to volunteer at the Hot Springs VA Medical Center, where I worked with the VA Police Department. After undergoing an extensive background check and obtaining security clearance, I assisted in the computer system, issuing employee ID cards and parking permits, ensuring smooth operations for those who serve our veterans daily.
In addition to my service, I have a deep passion for keeping our community informed. That’s why I created The Hot Springs Report website and Facebook page—an online resource dedicated to sharing local events, important news, and community updates. My goal has always been to make sure residents stay connected and engaged with what’s happening in Hot Springs.
Over the years, I’ve also served as a volunteer firefighter for seven years and ran my own pressure washing and painting business for eight years before furthering my education in Computer Science and Digital Design at Walla Walla College in Washington. After working in digital print, web design, and advertising graphics at Midstates Printing in Aberdeen, SD, I returned to Hot Springs, taking on leadership roles in both Pepsi merchandising and later as Ecommerce Manager for Twistedsage Studios.
Beyond my professional experience, I’m passionate about public service, emergency communications, and community preparedness. I currently serve as President of the Hot Springs Amateur Radio Club’s Board of Directors and volunteer with Emergency Management.
I love this town, and I’m ready to bring my leadership, experience, and dedication to the citizens of Ward 1. I look forward to working hard to help our community prosper and grow.
I’d be honored to have your support in this journey! Stay tuned for more updates.
