We had Micheal smoke a prime rib roast and a turkey breast for Easter dinner. The smoked prime rib was incredible. Everyone said it was probably the best prime rib they had EVER had. And the smoked turkey breast was every thing one could ask for; moist, with a nice smoked flavor. We’ll be using Griz BBQ for other special holidays at our home when we want to impress the guests. Thanks Randy, Ol’ Griz had a nice week the 12th and 13th. We did 5 briskets on Friday, two went out the door quick and the other 3 were held for a retirement party on Saturday, which found us at Oral, SD with the big smoker, Ol’ Griz #1 serving the three briskets plus cooking up 15 racks of baby back ribs plus a dozen cornish hens for about 50 people. Everyone raved about our BBQ and a good time was had by all. I’m just starting the build on Ol’ Griz #2. Stay tuned for updates.
